The first team members can typically start within 4-6 weeks. A full team of 5-10 people is usually operational within 2-3 months. Timelines depend on the seniority and specialization of roles, but our deep local network and experienced recruitment team enable fast sourcing.

No. The transfer is entirely optional and on your timeline. Many clients prefer to remain in the operate phase indefinitely, using our operational services while maintaining full control over the team's work. You can trigger the transfer whenever it makes business sense for you.
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. During the build and operate phases, you pay a monthly management fee per team member on top of the employee's total compensation cost. There are no hidden fees. During the transfer phase, a one-time transition fee applies. We provide detailed cost breakdowns before any engagement begins.
All intellectual property created by your team belongs to you from day one. We ensure proper IP assignment clauses in all employment contracts. Bulgaria is fully compliant with GDPR, and we implement robust data security measures including secure network infrastructure, access controls, and data handling policies tailored to your requirements.
Bulgarian professionals are highly proficient in English, and many speak additional European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc.). Your team will use your existing communication tools and workflows. They participate in your standups, meetings, and collaboration platforms just like any other team member.
